The SPL coilovers are valved for 8kg/mm and 6kg/mm. In comparison the Zeals are custom valved for 18kg/mm front and 14kg/mm rear. The SPL coilovers cannot be custom valved, and you cannot simply put different springs on a shock, the shocks have to be valved to control that spring rate. The SPL coilovers sell for $1095 and are intended for budget semi-street/semi-track use. The Zeal Super Function Type-C retails for $4300 and are 100% track coilovers. The 2 coilovers are in completely different price brackets and intended for different purpose.
